We are a collective of strategists with diverse specialisations, experience, industries (and attitudes). We all believe that creativity and collaboration breed success and we're disrupting the traditional agency model to deliver a ground-breaking service for Clients who are excited by the new possibilities that our unique agency brings.
We are working in an unconventional way to solve the conventional problems that businesses encounter wherever they are in the world... how to attract and keep new customers to grow exponentially. Our vision? To create exciting and innovative strategy to help our clients thrive, not simply to survive.
We have formed an alliance of innovative, out-of-the-box thinkers who believe that collaboration and creativity are the key to success. We are all, in one way or another, connected to each other as past colleagues or clients and through working together on other projects have discovered a mutual love of true innovation and pushing boundaries, and a mutual dread of traditional corporate restraints: four walls, meetings, hierarchy, and rules.
To make the most of our diverse geography, our agency is remote, which means it functions entirely online without any dedicated office. We are spread across different timezones so we communicate mostly via Basecamp (collaboration platform), Google Docs, Whatsapp and Facetime.
Each of us is either a consultant, freelancer, full or part time employee, and/or parent, so we are all experts at utilising every spare second in the best way possible, thinking on our feet, and delivering the highest quality results.

Amy recently returned to Australia after a 10 year stint in London where she worked in UK and European roles before going freelance. She has spent most of her career in healthcare and pharma because there's nothing quite like the challenge of getting innovative marketing through legal and regulatory approvals. Amy is focussed on giving SMEs access to top quality professionals through remote working.

Be it preparing a tactical marketing plan, go-to-market launch strategy, creating a sales funnel, delivering a webinar, promoting on social, or optimizing a digital strategy for maximum lead conversion, Alecia helps distill a unique offering into a message that resonates with target audiences, and spurs action. Originally from Melbourne, Alecia now enjoys consulting with entrepreneurs in the technology, health and wellness industries.

Alex is an international speaker on the topic of ecommerce and has spoken at Google, General Assembly, Digital Shoreditch and Top Drawer. His style has been described as “clear and engaging” and “refreshingly open”.

Sabine has +15 years of experience within both the FMCG and Medical Device industries and brings best practices from both small family owned companies through to multinational giants. A core strength is her ability to successfully use her experience from leading roles within Innovation, Marketing and Sales to bring efficiency and a holistic view to any assigned project. Sabine has just recently spent 2.5 years down under (Auckland) and has now returned to Europe in a leading position covering the EMEA Market. When asked what gets her out of bed in the morning the answer is crystal clear: To be the butterfly that tips the ice berg - seeing a case through and ensuring that the gain is reinvested to secure lasting positive momentum.

Greg has a deep knowledge of strategy formation, project and change management. An intentional leader with a positive disruption mindset and a passion for sales/supply chain excellence, driving for clarity through strong vision mapping and achievement.
Greg has an Ophthalmic dispensing degree in addition to management and training qualifications giving him strong expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. He is a strong presenter and a GAP trained negotiator. To keep focused he competes in long distance triathlons, travelling the globe with Team Cahill.
Melinda provides a range of presentation services including strategic communication, audience experience, creative, and consultation through her business, Visual Impact Presentations.
She has worked with Melbourne Airport, Red Cross, Google, Ford, Viva Energy, David Jones, Melbourne University Law School, BP, Castrol, Sanofi, Repco, New Chambers, and many SMEs.

Daniela started her marketing career in her home country of Venezuela before continuing to hone her product development, project and campaign management skills in the UK in pharma, medical devices and consumer goods.

She has worked with brands from concept design, to inception through to maturity in the bodycare and healthcare industries. Nicola has project managed cross-functional teams across a multitude of countries and is continually focused on achieving the right end goal in a timely manner, through productive collaboration.
